About Bianca
With a background as a professional classical and contemporary dancer, my love and practice of Pilates has helped me throughout a challenging career of movement, keeping my body strong and rehabilitated in times of injury.
I love to create tailored dynamic, balanced pilates sessions with an emphasis on technique, posture, fluidity of movement and mindfulness to leave you feeling inches taller, toned and energised!

My classes are encouraging, challenging and educational and aim to reconnect your mind and body through mindfulness and get you moving with ease.
I completed my pilates qualifications through the renowned STOTT Pilates and I am also a certified pre and post natal specialist, reformer pilates, barre and ballet teacher. Recently, I completed my certificate in 'Dance Conditioning with Pilates' through Basi Pilates.
I teach all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. I will always offer modifications and provide helpful feedback to help continually improve your alignment and strength.
-Online classes :- 1 hour - start at £45 ((Pilates/Barre/Ballet)
- In person classes: £60 (others may join these classes with you)
*I offer an initial free session - This will be an opportunity to chat and find out your specific needs. It will also help me determine your level and design the class for your requirements. I will get you moving and if you wish we can undertake a postural alignment assessment to identify any imbalances or areas that need to build strength/ find more mobility etc..
Whether you're looking to start some ballet or pilates classes, a pilates beginner or advanced student or a dancer looking for pilates conditioning to enhance your training, I would love to share my knowledge and passion with you! :)
