About Davyd
Hello! I’m Davyd, an energetic 18-year-old American college student pursuing a Business Management degree. I’m a native English speaker with a passion for helping kids build real confidence in speaking English. My lessons are designed to be fun, relaxed, and encouraging so that every child feels comfortable making mistakes and improving naturally.
I bring high energy and patience to every session, celebrating small wins and creating a supportive environment where kids actually enjoy practicing English. Whether we’re talking about favorite games, school, music, or daily life, I make sure each lesson feels like a friendly chat rather than a strict class.

My approach as a tutor is friendly, energetic, and focused on making English practice feel like a fun conversation with a cool older brother rather than a boring class. I keep things relaxed and positive so kids feel comfortable speaking and making mistakes.
Teaching method and techniques:
I use real-life topics that kids actually like (games, sports, music, animals, video games, school life, travel dreams, etc.). I speak clearly at a good pace, repeat important words, ask lots of easy follow-up questions, and give gentle corrections with lots of encouragement. I also use screen sharing for simple pictures, drawings, or fun examples when needed.
A typical lesson plan:
We start with a quick greeting and warm-up question. Then we talk about whatever the student wants or a fun topic I suggest. I help them build sentences, learn new vocabulary, and practice pronunciation naturally through back-and-forth conversation. We end with a quick review of what they learned and something positive to encourage them for next time. Lessons are flexible and flow like a natural chat.

I’m a young 18 year old American college student so I connect really well with kids and teens. I remember what it felt like learning new things and I make lessons fun and low-pressure instead of strict or serious. My energy is high and I celebrate every small win to build their confidence quickly.
