I have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Information Technology. I work with New Horizons, one of the best training institutions in the world. I am currently managing one of their centers located in a private university in Nigeria

Differential Instruction has always been my strong points. Teaching based on the learners' ability to assimilate at their own pace. From experience teaching at the K12 level, it becomes easier to break lessons down to the bare minimum. Project-based education has always been more effective for IT courses, as learners get to achieve goals at the end of every session, this makes each lesson interesting and unique.
