About Irune

I am Irune López Carriba, graduated in Renewable Energy Engineering at the UPV / EHU (University of the Basque Country) and later, in the Master of Research in Energy Sustainability, at the same university. As a person with initiative and active, I like to develop myself in new areas of work, in order to achieve a greater experience, vision and knowledge, to continue learning on a broader scale. Luckily, I have been able to work both in the industrial sector, more specifically in energy generation through strong renewables, and in the education sector, supporting and helping in different subjects and school courses. Both experiences have allowed me to be aware that there are challenges in both cases, to face a mainly social demand. My self-taught capacity, involvement and proactive attitude have been essential to strengthen interpersonal treatment at a professional and personal level, based on kindness and understanding. I would like to highlight my scientific-technological knowledge, as well as linguistic, where I emphasize my fluency in Basque, as my mother tongue, and English, where I have achieved the C1 and CAE certificates (Certificate in Advance English). In the latter case, I have acquired much of my knowledge and fluency in Canada, during several foreign periods in a 100% native environment. Similarly, I am progressing in my knowledge in German (B1-B2). I have given private classes at different levels, from 5th of Primary to 2nd of Bachelor, providing support and monitoring to Selectividad. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Basque are the main subjects in which I have worked together with the students. Given the current exceptional situations, I have carried out the private classes online, where I have achieved results comparable to face-to-face teaching, always facilitating the understanding of the students.

About the lesson

Clarity, tranquility and simplicity are essential for the creation of a solid and lasting foundation in knowledge. For this, the monitoring of the study process and constancy are necessary. For this reason, my responsible and attentive attitude and involvement with people and subjects create a safe work environment, based on the achievement of objectives, ensuring communication that facilitates the continuity of knowledge development. The area of action is not limited only to carrying out exercises and / or exams, it is essential to know, understand and identify the parameters and participants involved in each situation to easily and effectively address each doubt.
