About Lavanya
Hello! I'm an engineer with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML), currently working in the technology industry. Throughout my academic journey, I studied in English-medium institutions, including a Catholic school and a college in the NCR region, which helped me develop strong communication and language skills.
Teaching has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I believe that learning English is not just about grammar and vocabulary—it's about gaining the confidence to express yourself clearly and effectively. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and improve at their own pace.
As a working professional, I understand the importance of English in academics, interviews, higher education, and the workplace. I use practical examples and interactive methods to make lessons engaging and relevant to real-life situations.

I am an Engineer with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) and have studied in English-medium institutions throughout my academic journey, from a Catholic school to college in the NCR region. My strong foundation in English communication, combined with my professional experience, allows me to teach English in a practical and engaging way.
My teaching approach focuses on building confidence, clarity, and real-world communication skills. I believe that learning English should be interactive and enjoyable rather than based solely on memorization. I tailor my lessons to each student's goals, whether they want to improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing skills, or prepare for interviews and presentations.
A typical class begins with a brief review of previous concepts, followed by interactive discussions, vocabulary building, grammar practice, and speaking exercises. I encourage students to participate actively through conversations, role-plays, reading activities, and practical examples from everyday life. Regular feedback and personalized exercises help track progress and strengthen weaker areas.
What makes me unique as a teacher is my ability to connect English learning with real-world academic and professional situations. As a working engineer, I understand the communication skills required in schools, colleges, interviews, and workplaces, and I help students develop the confidence to use English effectively in all these settings.
