Favour is an industrious and hardworking lady with a great personality. I've been opportune to sit under her teaching and I must say I was marvelled. She has a teachable spirit and the ability to pass out information for everyone under her tutelage to understand. She is decisive and down to earth, very outspoken and understanding. All these are positive values that could help and influence students for excellence.

Miss Favour Nchelem is a very Hardworking and committed lady. I have known her for a few years now and I can boldly say that she is one of the Most Intelligent persons i have ever come across. She is a passionate and driven lady. She gives her all with anything she does and she prides her self with intelligently and effectively bringing out the best in people. Apart from the fact that she's a smart person, she shows care and this goes a long way in helping a student that is having challenges in his/her academics. Sometimes, condescending to someone's state and reasoning with the person can in turn boost the student's effectiveness in understanding what is being taught which should be the goal of every tutor

I've been her student before and ive seen her teach others. She's hardworking, she is always punctual to classes, she knows how to explain things in the simplest form. She's an amazing teacher, one every student is proud to show off.
