Whether you're struggling with the basics or aiming for top exam results, I tailor every lesson to suit your needs, learning style, and pace. With 5 Years of tutoring experience and a strong academic background in Mathematics, I’ve successfully supported students at all levels—from primary school through to GCSE and A-level—across a variety of exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, and OCR. I also have experience preparing learners for entrance exams and adult numeracy tests. My lessons are clear, structured, and engaging. I focus on simplifying complex ideas, strengthening problem-solving skills, and building long-term understanding—not just quick fixes. My Approach to Tutoring and How I Teach My Math Classes

• Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
My approach to teaching Math is all about building understanding, confidence, and problem-solving skills. I focus on creating a solid foundation by breaking down concepts into simple, manageable steps and relating them to real-life examples where possible.

I use a range of techniques depending on the student’s learning style, such as:

Visual aids (diagrams, number lines, color-coding steps)

Worked examples followed by guided practice

Interactive questioning to encourage critical thinking

Regular short quizzes to reinforce knowledge and track progress

Exam technique tips for timed problem-solving

I aim to make Math less intimidating and more enjoyable, helping students shift from “I can’t do this” to “I’ve got this!”

• Typical Length of a Lesson:
Most of my Math lessons are 60 minutes long, which gives us enough time to review past material, introduce new topics, and work through practice questions. For younger students or specific topic reviews, I also offer 30–45 minute sessions to keep focus high and avoid overwhelm.

• Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor:
I have B.Tech in ECE and 5 Years of experience tutoring Math at various levels. I’ve worked with students from primary school through to A-level, and helped many improve their grades, gain confidence, and prepare for key exams like SATs, GCSEs, and A-levels.

I’m familiar with multiple curriculum.
