About Bharti
Hello and welcome! My name is Bharti Mahani, and I’m a tutor because I genuinely love helping people learn and grow. Teaching isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I find deeply rewarding. I have a Computer Science Engineering degree. I’ve worked as an Engineer for 13 years and a tutor for 2 years, teaching students from primary school. My experience includes both one-on-one and group tutoring in subjects like [Math, Hindi, etc.]. I tailor each lesson to the individual’s learning style, goals, and current level of understanding. I emphasize active learning techniques such as problem-solving, discussion, and real-life application to deepen comprehension and retention. I also use scaffolding—breaking complex ideas into smaller, manageable steps—to help students build confidence and independence. My teaching methodology includes: Diagnostic assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Interactive lessons with examples, and regular feedback. Socratic questioning to promote critical thinking. Progress tracking through regular check-ins and mini-assessments. Use of digital tools (e.g., Google Docs, interactive whiteboards, quizzes) to make lessons engaging.
