About Gbenga
I am an Engineering Graduate with great concentration in mathematics and physics. I have over 20 years teaching experience and curriculum development in high school. Students' dislike for the two subjects makes them perform poorly in classwork and examination. Whereas, they aspire to be or their parents want them to become future Engineers, Astronauts, Doctors, Pharmacists, Scientists, just to mention a few. The unsatisfactory performance in the subject area, mathematics and physics in particular, is worrisome and invokes my passion for teaching so as to help coach high school scholars, proffer unalloyed nuggets that will make them excel academically to achieve their goals in life.

I am passionate about youths' training for excellent performance in college mathematics and physics, and for those preparing for GCSE examination. Each lesson lasts for 1 hour, minimum. Student's initial performance is first assessed to determine any potential knowledge gaps in the subject before I start teaching the candidate. Each individual's development plan or schedule, agreed with the child's parents, is thereafter put in place to address any gaps and enhance better performance. Pupil is first taught the fundamentals; topical examples are solved together with the child (tutorial); series of assignments scored and reviewed with the scholar. Guidance and counselling are provided, where further required.
