First and foremost, I believe in concept clarity rather than just cramming. I make it a point to clear the fundamentals and core concepts along with gaining required results in the exam. Secondly, I focus on practice and revision. For instance, I believe Maths is all about PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PRACTICE. Thirdly, I try to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the student and then change my teaching methodology as per their speed and level. Lastly, active learning and continuous assessment is the key.
