About Jovana
Hi! I am currently going into my sophomore year of college at the Rochester Institute of Technology studying civil engineering. In my middle school and high school days, I was in accelerated math classes and took APs. I have been involved in math since I was very little and it is something I love doing. I am hoping that I can help younger kids who are struggling get a better understanding of their subject.

I am willing to teach younger kids in middle school with math subjects. When helping and tutoring I tend to obtain what material the student needs help with, look over the lesson they already had in class/homework, and then teach the lesson in my own words, in my ways with examples to hopefully help the student understand from a different perspective. I would like to believe that I am very kind and open and make sure my client that needs help is comfortable with me and can trust me in teaching them and that I can help them if they are getting easily upset or frustrated. I am very used to all of this as I have always excelled in math and have helped my younger sister numerous times.
