About Ryan
My name is Ryan, and I'm an 18 year old engineering student at the University of Canterbury. I've always loved almost all aspects of mathematics, including its application in physics and our greater understanding of the scientific world. I've succeeded in completing mathematics courses with exemplary grades one year ahead of my age group, and have achieved NCEA scholarship in statistics. I've also been endorsed with excellence in NCEA Level 2 & 3 mathematics courses. I have a strong base in mathematics knowledge and I am eager to pass that on to other students.

Hi! I'm Ryan, and I love teaching others about mathematics and physics (specifically mechanics). As someone who's recently gone through the NCEA mathematics system, I know that it can be challenging for many students to grasp all the concepts necessary to complete their exams and retain knowledge in subjects for the future. I believe that targeted approaches in specific subject matter is the key to building a solid understanding of NCEA mathematics and mechanics skills. I am comfortable with teaching NCEA Level 1 and 2 mathematics and physics, and also with NCEA Level 3 calculus and statistics. My lessons are approximately an hour long, but I'm entirely flexible in working around any time commitments. I look forward to helping you in your mathematics journey!
