About Adam
I have plenty of experience learning challenging academia, during my time at secondary school I walked away with 3 GCSE's, only Maths and English. However, I decided that I was not satisfied with that. I wanted to challenge myself and become what I always wanted to be; An Engineer. So, I decided to study engineering at university. I took a foundation year in science and engineering, equivalent to A-Levels. I was then able to start my degree in engineering. I am now a final year undergraduate student at university, in which I am one of the top students in my class. I have gone from scoring 30% in maths exams to scoring 100%. I have developed and learned effective ways to study for STEM subjects. Finally, I have started my own tutoring club at university, where I teach a weekly class of engineering students at all levels of university. The class size varies from 8 to 25 students each lesson. This has been one of my proudest moments at university as the feedback from students and staff has been wonderful! I believe the success of this has as much to do with my knowledge as it has to do with my personality and method for teaching.
