About Roger
I'm pretty relaxed a lot of the time but don't be fooled. Learning needs to be fun, otherwise the new information we find together is lost because we can't commit it to our long term as easily as we would like. I'm here to help with that, through a learner centric approach, so I hope you enjoy philosophising.

I like to use TTT which is Test Teach Test, respectively. I often employ realia and conceptualization when teaching in order to help students find a better grasp on the subject at hand. where it comes to learning i like to get to know the student and how they learn, can't make an elephant climb a tree. I employ some psychology when teaching higher levels to help them improve their understanding of how the learn through the introduction of schema building.
