About Johan

I’m Johan, a Londoner who graduated in linguistics from the University of Sussex in 2023. I spent the last two years teaching in Montreal.

I’ve always enjoyed teaching and helping students overcome their challenges. Teaching has also given me the opportunity to meet with people from all cultures and walks of life, which I’m very grateful for.

About the lesson

through working at a few different schools in Canada and the UK I’ve been exposed to many different styles from grammar-focused to more speaking oriented styles. Through this, I’ve developed my own style and can tailor my lessons to fit each student’s needs and goals.

I have also taught students from all over the world and can target the specific challenges that come with each speaker’s first language.
