English as a foreign language teacher, CELTA certified with two years of experience teaching abroad

Hunter and I were in the same Peace Corps cohort where we taught English in Kosovo for two years. In that time I had the pleasure of seeing him give engaging, energetic lessons to a number of skill levels. Hunter deeply cares about his students and works hard to see each of them succeed at their own unique style and pace. His passion for teaching was infectious, and all of us who had the chance to work with him were better teachers for it.

Hello. My name is Vlora. I am an English teacher in middle school in Gjakova. Hunter Herold worked as a counterpart with me for two years.
I was continuously impressed by his willingness to help all the students with learning skills and his dedication to search and implement different ways of teaching in order to meet our expectation as teachers. I always knew I could rely on him to meet deadlines. During his two years with us, he achieved numerous accomplishments, from working volunterily with students for 20 hours classroom work, preparation at home, checking assignments and tests and helping with paper work at the end of each semester. Apart from working with students, as counterparts we delivered English Language Training for other subject teachers in our school. In addition we worked together in another project called" Improving study skills through English" with high school students for a month.
While Hunter's professional work was immensely valuable to our school, he was also a wonderful team player. Optimistic, engaging and easy to get along with, he was a true joy to have in our school staff and in my classroom.
With that said, I am highly confident in my recommendation and beieve that Hunter would be a great co- worker.
