About Jelena
Hi, my name is Jelena. I’m an English Language and Literature student with a deep love for languages, storytelling, and connecting with people. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in translation, writing, and customer service, which has helped me develop the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and supportive way. As a tutor, I’m patient, approachable, and encouraging. I believe that learning a language should feel enjoyable and motivating, so I design lessons that are interactive and tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s grammar, speaking, writing, or building overall confidence. What makes me unique is not only my academic background, but also my creativity and curiosity. I enjoy exploring literature, culture, and art, and even in my free time I love photography. I bring this same creativity into my lessons to keep them fresh, inspiring, and engaging.

I create personalized, interactive lessons that adapt to each student’s level and goals. A typical class starts with a short warm up, continues with focused practice in grammar, vocabulary, reading, or speaking, and ends with a recap to ensure clear progress.
What sets me apart is my background in English Language and Literature and my experience in translation and communication, which help me explain concepts simply and clearly. As a bilingual tutor, I understand the challenges of learning a second language and use supportive methods to build confidence.
My lessons are designed for students of different levels, from beginners who want to build a solid foundation, to intermediate learners who wish to improve fluency.
