I have been able to provide extra support for pupils and students at various levels who are underachieving in speech, reading and writing to become proficient, encourage them to learn and to develop their confidence. My interpersonal skills have improved tremendously as I have to communicate with pupils and students from Primary 5 to Primary 6 and JSS 1 to SS 2 with different learning paces, religions and cultures.
