About Rosimeire

I am flattered to have been part of the school life of some students, remembering that in the schooling phase, the students are in a phase of decision making regarding their future professional. So the content addressed in teaching in this segment should give visibility to the dialogue between school knowledge, training for citizenship and the world of work. I have been teaching Portuguese and English for 22 years. There are some former students who are doctors, dentists, teachers, police officers, lawyers, engineers etc.

About the lesson

I graduated in translator and interpreter, licensed in letters, pedagogy. I did postgraduate studies in literature, grammar and semiotics. I have been a teacher of Portuguese and English for 25 years and I love my profession. I believe that it is fundamental that the teaching of the foreign language contributes to the construction of the student's discursive competence, which is possible if we opt for a pluricentric perspective that considers the linguistic diversity of the speakers of the target language, whether native or not native, as well as knowledge and experience in the mother tongue.
