About Fernanda
I am an English teacher with experience in Lauro de Freitas courses. I currently work in progress and give private lessons. I'm a lawyer, graduated from Ruy Barbosa (2017.2) and I work in the area. I became fluent in English in my early teens by consuming a lot of language content and through classes at UEC, where I attended all levels.

Learning English - or anything else - doesn't have to be boring! In my classes I always try to connect the content with the student's everyday things, so that the learning flows more naturally and shows more practical sense. I work with both formal and informal language. After all, it is important to learn how to speak in real life. I exercise both American and British English. It is nice to know the forms of pronunciation and writing of both, and get used to the ear with both forms. Together we will exercise the four skills: conversation, listening, writing and reading. I use National Geographic, Brittish Council English learning material, and my own handouts. It is optional to purchase the NatGeo book, whatever it takes for you to do the activities, I will provide.
