About Elowen

I bring over 3 years of tutoring experience and a Master’s degree in English for Specific Purposes. My lessons focus on making English practical through popular culture. Students practice with video games, memes, and digital media that they already know. We focus on informal English, slang, and cultural expressions used daily. Each lesson is interactive and designed for confidence. Listening practice is built through gaming chats, music, and streaming. Discussions about memes and online trends keep lessons fun. Students get to explore culture while building vocabulary and fluency. I adapt to student interests to keep learning relevant. Mistakes are treated as stepping stones to progress. About the lesson
