Cancellation policy fees & information:
The student must give at least 4 hours prior to the cancellation of their lesson via telephone or SMS/text message. Students who fail to meet this will be charged a late fee of 50% of their usual lesson fee. This fee will be paid via bank transfer directly to my bank account or arranged with the student.
**Note: Student cancellations sent via email will NOT be included as a properly notified cancellation of lesson and will be charged 100% of their usual lesson fee.
