About Lindsey
I am a university student and English as a Second Language tutor here in Georgia, United States. I have been offering private and group ESL tutoring sessions for the past three and a half years to students of all ages. I have worked in the Conversation Partners Program at Kennesaw State University with international students, tutored hundreds of students through an online platform and have most recently been working as an Intern English Program Coordinator for a refugee resettlement agency. Throughout my time working as an English tutor I have aided many individuals in transitioning into full-time university students in the United States, developing professional level English communication skills and enabled students to reach a comfortable level of conversational abilities. I am hoping to continue working with ESL students in the future, and look forward to supporting you as best as I can.

I believe that taking into consideration the reason for studying a language is an important aspect of tailoring English sessions to the specific needs of each student. After discussing the motivations for learning English, I will organize a set of resources and activities that will enable the student to quickly reach his/her goals. I am able to work with students on listening and reading comprehension as well as speaking, writing and grammar based off of what the student requests.
