About Sarah Mae
I am a passionate and dedicated English educator with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I am committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students can develop their English skills with confidence.
My teaching approach focuses on clear explanations, direct instruction, guided practice, and structured drills. I believe that students learn best when lessons are organized, practical, and suited to their individual needs and learning pace. I am patient and approachable, and I make sure that students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they learn.
Whether you are a beginner, a student seeking academic support, or an adult who wants to improve your communication skills, I am here to help you achieve your goals. I can assist with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and everyday English communication.

As an English tutor, I use a structured and student-centered approach that combines direct instruction, guided practice, and focused drills. I clearly explain grammar rules, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structures before giving students opportunities to apply what they have learned. I also use repetition and practical exercises to help students build accuracy, confidence, and long-term retention.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by an introduction to the new lesson. I explain the concept using simple and clear examples, then guide the student through practice activities and drills. The lesson usually ends with conversation practice, application exercises, and a brief review to check understanding and identify areas that need improvement.
What sets me apart is my ability to explain difficult English concepts in a simple and understandable way. As an English education graduate, I understand the importance of adjusting my teaching style to each student's level, learning pace, and specific needs. I am patient, approachable, and focused on helping students make measurable progress while developing confidence in using English.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, elementary and high school students, college students, and adults who want to improve their English. I can help learners develop grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and everyday communication skills. I also welcome students who need additional practice, academic support, or structured English drills.
