About Rafael
I am a master's student and have been studying English since I was a child. I took complete courses in schools in Brazil and in online international schools. Studied Civil Engineering at the University of South Carolina, United States, between 2012 and 2013. Completed the most advanced English module at the English Language Training Institute, at the University of North Carolina. Have been teaching English since 2011 with experience as a teacher in national franchises such as Minds English School, Skill Idiomas and Wizard, teaching from beginner to post-advanced level students. Have experience in teaching school classes and private classes with different objectives, such as acquiring fluency, preparation for master's, tutoring classes or trips;

I use my own material, which covers vocabulary, grammar, listening and speaking, all at the same time in a natural and dynamic way. Classes are almost 100% in English, in a way that even beginning students can understand and participate. I Teach through relevant and meaningful situations and subjects, encouraging student participation throughout the class. I can prepare classes with focus on specific objectives such as conversation and / or grammar, or short courses for trips. I offer a course to acquire fluency, but provide tutoring as well. I also work with phonetics, helping to improve speaking and listening comprehension.

If a class takes place at the student's house and it's in a city different than mine there will be a displacement fee relatively to the transportation costs. There is no extra fee for online classes.
