Creation and development of specific and technical training modules for intensive, semi-intensive or long-term English training for an audience of diverse backgrounds (college students, students, employees, retirees) The proposed method is demonstrative and interrogative. It is based on demonstrations, rehearsals, training, fun memorization exercises and applications or real-life situations. A strong implication of the participants is aroused, the learning is progressive and leads to the acquisition of know-how as much as interpersonal skills. The method is participative and motivating and essentially oral. It promotes the exchange and sharing of experiences between participants but also develops knowledge of the profession in question and leads to a gain of self-confidence to combine pleasure and credibility.
