About Aastha

I am currently a university student studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia, with strong skills in English, writing, and communication. Throughout high school, I significantly improved my English results, which has given me a clear understanding of how to help other students achieve the same.

I am patient, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping others learn. I understand that every student learns differently, so I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.

Alongside my studies, I have experience working in administrative and customer-facing roles, which has strengthened my communication, organization, and ability to work with a wide range of people.

I am reliable, motivated, and committed to helping students improve both their skills and their confidence in English.

About the lesson

I take a practical and personalised approach to English tutoring, focusing on helping students improve their writing, comprehension, and confidence. Having improved my own English results significantly, I understand what actually works for students and what doesn’t.

Lessons are structured but flexible, typically running for 60 minutes, and tailored to each student’s level and school requirements. I focus on essay structure, analysing texts, and breaking down exam questions in a way that is simple and easy to apply.

I also provide strategies for improving marks quickly, including how to write stronger paragraphs, structure responses, and avoid common mistakes.

My lessons are best suited for primary and high school students who want to build confidence, improve their results, and feel more prepared for exams.
