About Madihah
Hi, I'm Madihah and I am a graduating student. I studied Ancient History and Classical Archaeology at the University of Warwick. I achieved 3 As in English, History and Religious Studies in A-Levels. Currently, I am training for a graduate teaching position, starting in September.
I am dedicated to helping students develop confidence in English. English may seem daunting but all ideas are right, it's just how to apply them that's the tricky part! With me, I will guide you to become confident in your abilities, whether that means improving reading, writing, analytical skills or applying exam technique. I understand the challenges students face and can provide practical strategies to help you succeed.
My lessons are friendly, supportive and catered to each individual student. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable to voice their struggles. Whatever the student needs, I am happy to accommodate to help reach their full potential.

My tutoring approach focuses on clear explanations, active recall, exam technique and developing strong, analytical writing skills. Lessons are tailored to each student's needs; I can adapt lessons according to subject knowledge and ability. I break complex concepts into manageable steps and use regular questioning and practice tasks to check understanding and reinforce learning.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes long and are suitable for KS3 and GCSE students studying English. You can bring whatever you like to the lesson, whether it's homework you are struggling with or need further assistance with topics you may have learnt at school.
I aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is not only to improve grades but also help students become independent, confident learners.
