About Ilyos
ABOUT ME : I am an English tutor who helps students improve their confidence, grammar, and speaking skills through clear explanations and active practice. I focus on structured lessons with a strong emphasis on practice, so students can use English naturally, not just learn rules. I am currently preparing for IELTS myself, which helps me understand students’ difficulties and explain topics in a simple, student-friendly way. My lessons are well-organized, engaging, and adapted to each student’s level and goals. I create a comfortable learning environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes. First lesson goal:
The main goal is to make the student interested and comfortable.
I use simple questions, interactive tasks, and quick wins so the student feels confident and wants to continue. (I get on well with people, and I'll make your education enjoyable )
First lesson plan (new student):
We begin with a brief introduction and straightforward questions to gauge the student’s level.
Then we do a few simple tasks (speaking, reading, or grammar).
Ultimately, I explain their level, strengths, and what we will work on in the next lessons.
Lessons:
STEP 1. Quick warm-up for 5 min(Simple questions or short review. Lead into today’s topic naturally)
STEP 2. 2. Explanation phase 20 minutes total:
0–5 min — Context
Why this topic matters
Simple examples first (no rules yet)
5–15 min — Core explanation
One main rule/skill
2–3 clear examples
Ask short checking questions
15–20 min — Guided mini-practice
Student answers with your help
Correct immediately, gently
