I am Omid, and I bring 5 years of dedicated teaching experience in English to students of all ages in diverse, multicultural settings.

As a certified CELTA instructor from Teaching House of Toronto, I offer high-quality language education tailored to individual needs.

In my typical lesson plan, I initiate with a reading text to enhance student reading abilities and introduce new vocabulary. Following this, I integrate grammar instruction and related practices, utilizing the same text, and then transition to refining speaking and writing skills. Detailed feedback is provided to improve pronunciation, enhance fluency, and ensure the correct structure of sentences.

In IELTS tutoring, I tailor my approach to address specific skill demands. For reading skills, I provide novel strategies, avoiding overwhelming students with excessive words. The Speaking class spans sessions, meticulously covering the most useful collocations for popular IELTS topics. In the Writing Task 1, I cover materials such as charts, processes, and maps in 6 sessions. For the Essay class, I offer two distinct sessions – one dedicated to useful vocabulary and the other concentrating on essay structure. My commitment in IELTS preparation extends to guiding you toward achieving your desired scores and excelling in academic English.
