About Ezza

I’m a high school senior from New Jersey with a strong interest in human rights and a goal of eventually working with the UNHCR. Through my work with immigration support centers, I’ve had the opportunity to teach English to students from diverse backgrounds and help them become more comfortable communicating in English. I also have experience preparing students for the IELTS exam, including supporting their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

I’m passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment where students can feel comfortable asking questions, practicing their English, and learning at their own pace. I’d love to continue working with students who are interested in improving their English proficiency, whether they want to strengthen their everyday communication skills, prepare for an exam, or simply become more confident in using English.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for motivated students at the A1, A2, or B1 level who are looking to strengthen their English skills and become more confident communicators.

Each lesson is personalized to the individual student. I create custom practice materials based on their specific needs, goals, and areas for improvement. We’ll begin by building a strong foundation in English grammar, focusing on sentence structure, verb conjugations, grammar patterns, common phrases, and proper word usage. I’ll also emphasize practical communication skills, including speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and everyday conversation.

Rather than simply memorizing rules, students will practice applying what they learn through exercises, examples, and conversations. As their proficiency improves, we’ll gradually introduce more advanced grammar and vocabulary while continuing to review foundational concepts. Lessons can also be adapted for students who want to focus on specific goals, such as improving conversational English, preparing for the IELTS exam, or becoming more confident in academic and professional settings.

My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can learn at their own pace, ask questions comfortably, and see measurable improvement in their English skills. I’m also fluent in Urdu and Hindi, allowing me to provide additional explanations and support for students who may find it helpful to learn concepts in another language.
