About Eman
Wanting to do something more valuable and rewarding, I decided to complete a PGCE. Nine months later I found myself in the classroom teaching Shakespeare!
That was over a decade ago and I’m still teaching GCSE Literature and Language with the same passion, conviction and outstanding results but have swapped the classroom for remote learning.
I have expert subject knowledge of all English Literature and Language GCSE specifications texts, assessments objectives and mark schemes. My experience as Lead Practitioner and extensive knowledge of the exams has been instrumental in raising students’ achievement.
I always ensure that the lessons are fully resourced with PowerPoints, online texts and past papers which can all be accessed via Google classroom. Chiefly, I ensure lessons are just as interactive as one -to -one tuition and remain both probing and stimulating.
Ultimately, what I have learned from my career in education, both in the classroom and online, is that a partnership between educator and student founded upon commitment, application and aspiration is the winning formula for accelerated progress and success!

I have over ten years experience teaching GCSE English Literature and Language in secondary schools and as Subject Lead Practitioner and extensive knowledge of exams. My subject knowledge is expert and extensive spanning all GCSE English Language and Literature 9-1 exam boards.
I have been tutoring GCSE English Literature and Language online for several years offering high calibre lessons that facilitate outstanding results for all abilities.
I have been instrumental in promoting ‘flip learning’ where students are given tasks to prepare and complete before each lesson as material and use in the forthcoming lessons.
My knowledge of the evolving education practises is current. As a self- reflective educator, I possess the ability to promote partnerships between student and educator that are grounded in commitment, application and aspiration.
