A Typical Lesson Plan:
- Introduction (5-10 minutes): Begin with a warm-up activity, such as a discussion about a familiar topic or a vocabulary review, to set a positive tone and activate prior knowledge.
- Main Lesson (20-30 minutes): Focus on the day’s objective, which could range from mastering grammar rules to practicing conversational skills. I incorporate varied resources like Cambridge materials (Starters, Movers, Flyers, etc.) or real-world texts.
- Practice Activity (10-15 minutes): Provide exercises that allow students to apply the lesson’s content, such as speaking roleplays, writing prompts, or comprehension quizzes.
