About Fehmidah
I am a master’s graduate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with WES (World Education Services) accredited credentials. For the last eighteen years, I have been assisting students with the subject matter as well as their overall development as students in both face-to-face and online teaching environments which I have found rewarding and self-fulfilling. My experiences have made me responsive to students’ needs and what they are receptive to. I have worked with students from culturally diverse groups, marginalized groups, graduates, civil servants and professionals. Given their diversity, the focus was on maximizing on their learning potential and appreciating the uniqueness that each of them brought to the lesson. I foster a culture of positivity in a supportive learning environment where students can freely express themselves. It is my aim to help my students master the content, give off their best in all that they do and realize their potential.

Essentially, the lesson will be tailored to the student’s needs based on their syllabus and learning objectives.
I subscribe to the philosophy that a teacher should enhance what one already knows. I will present the learning content in terms of what a person can relate to so that meaningful connections can be made between what one is learning and real-life situations. The lessons will be interactive and engaging in which questions are asked, and debatable topics arise. In this way, a student’s interactive skills, problem-solving, decision-making skills, critical thinking skills and analytical skills will also be developed.
Apart from the learning content, assistance is also given with academic writing, referencing, assignments and exam preparation.
