My ESL teaching methodology follows the C³P framework: Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is nurtured through storytelling, role-playing, and interactive projects, encouraging students to explore English in imaginative ways and express themselves confidently.
Communication is emphasised through interactive discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises, helping students improve fluency, listening, and comprehension skills. Compassion guides my teaching; I adapt lessons to individual learning needs and provide constructive feedback and support to foster motivation and confidence.
Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based activities, practical exercises, and critical thinking tasks that allow students to apply English effectively in real-life situations. I also teach complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary development to strengthen overall learning.
This methodology equips learners with English proficiency, creativity, empathy, and problem-solving skills, preparing them for academic and professional success.
