I have taught for 1.5 years at an NGO where I taught subjects like Mathematics, Business Studies, Accounting and English.
I have been teaching students online since the lockdown began where I helped students with the finance-related assignments and various other topics related to it.

I love creating lesson plans, organising workflow and interacting with the students.
I would first understand the student's knowledge for the specific topic and then prepare my teaching plan. Moreover, it's very important to take small tests in between so that I will give me an idea of whether the student is understanding. I will take the follow-ups. I required I will change my teaching plan accordingly.
