About Rokaya
I am currently a student nurse completing my 3rd year at university. I also currently tutor English mainly but have had experience in teaching biology, psychology, health and a range of other skills such as public speaking mannerisms, vocabulary building and organisational skills to effectively achieve better outcomes etc.

My teaching method is flexible as I know every student learns differently. I do asses student’s learning styles prior to commencing any tutoring lessons. However, I generally provide students with opportunities that show them that they are indeed capable of succeeding within their subjects. This may include, but is not limited to, quizzes, creative oral presentations, verbal testing, display of content consolidation through artistic platforms etc. I have also been known to double as a support system for my students in teaching them how to adopt a better mindset towards their learning. To do this, we practice mindfulness methods at the beginning of every lesson to ensure they feel prepared to learn and continue to do so irrespective of my presence.
