About Stuart
I have personally trained over 4,000 airmen for over three years in environmental management, hazmat, hazwaste, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planning (SWPP) and an additional 2,000 US DoD personnel for Purchase of HazMat for their facilities at OCONUS bases using their government credit cards and inclusion of such purchases into their respective Environmental Enterprise Safety and Occupational Health (EESOH) management information System (MIS) relational database system for cradle to grave usage information.

I am a trained and licensed geologist in three states and I want to give geology classes to students in elementary, high school, and college for either credit or additional class help. My technique and method will depend on the level and whether or not the student is looking for assistance, and at what level, or if the student needs geology as a credit towards graduation. The technique for science education requires that the class begin at the simplest level the student can understand and build a framework for increased intensity of scientific knowledge depending on age, educational goals, and the ability of the student to integrate the scientific method for the particular issue being studied into their education.
