About Mike
Hi! I’m an experienced ESL and Geography teacher with a heart for helping students grow—not just academically, but personally. I believe education is more than facts and grammar rules; it’s about building confidence, character, and a lifelong love of learning. With a background in teaching both English as a Second Language and Geography, I bring a global perspective to my lessons. My approach is creative, compassionate, and student-centered. I’m passionate about making learning engaging and meaningful, whether we’re exploring world maps or mastering English conversation. Over the years, I’ve worked with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups. I love seeing the “aha!” moments when a concept clicks, and even more, I love seeing students develop resilience, curiosity, and self-belief through their learning journey.
