About Rach

I have been working as an ESL teacher for more than a decade, with more than half of my professional experience focused on online teaching. Over the years, I have come to realize that excellent teaching skills and even native-level English proficiency are not enough without professionalism.

I value both my students’ time and my own, and I believe every lesson should be purposeful and delivered with a clear end goal in mind. For me, effective teaching means coming to each class prepared, making the most of the time available, and ensuring that students leave each lesson with something meaningful they can apply to their English learning.

About the lesson

I always begin with a level assessment before a student starts a lesson. This allows me to understand their current abilities, identify their specific learning needs, and choose the most appropriate materials and teaching methods. I have experience working with learners of all ages, from children as young as five to adults in their 50s and 60s.

I have designed lesson plans for young learners, teenagers, university students, working adults, and seniors who want to develop, maintain, or reinforce their English skills. Depending on the learner's level and goals, my lessons may include phonics, vocabulary, sentence patterns, speaking activities, reading, listening, and practical communication.

I follow a structured approach in my classes while remaining flexible enough to adapt each lesson to the individual student. One of my main teaching principles is to give students as many opportunities as possible to actively use English. I also provide both immediate and delayed feedback, depending on the activity, so students can recognize their mistakes, understand how to improve, and gradually become more accurate and confident speakers.

My lessons are suitable for learners of all ages and levels—from five-year-old beginners to seniors in their 60s. My goal is to create lessons that are engaging, practical, and tailored to each student's needs and learning objectives.
