About Brandon

I am currently studying towards an MSc TESOL (masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at the University of Stirling after graduating with a BA in Philosophy. I currently volunteer as an ESOL tutor. While I try to make classes fun for learners, I maintain a high level of professionalism. I love to see students learn new skills and become more confident in real time. I also like to use music to teach. I play guitar and try to bring this to the classroom in order to bring some variety to classes.

About the lesson

Hello! I’m an ESOL tutor offering lessons that are completely student-centred and based on your goals. In our first session, we’ll identify your needs—whether you want to improve speaking fluency, grammar, pronunciation, or English for work—and design a personalised learning plan just for you.

I draw on a wide range of trusted materials, including CELTA workbooks, Headway, Power up and Cambridge IELTS course books, and interactive online resources, all of which I share with you for extra practice between lessons.

My lessons are practical, engaging, and focused on helping you build real confidence in using English every day. Whether you’re learning for travel, study, or professional life, I’ll guide you step-by-step to reach your language goals.
