About Bala
I am an arts and science student in biochemistry background, i have also done certification on fitness course that helps individuals keep their fitness on good standards. I also do provide nutritional guidance along with my fitness intructions. Stay healthy!

Primarily, my teaching method is based on assessing the individual and their needs. After getting to know about the needs, i would design a program that helps to get the individual towards their fitness goals. Its not going to be as we all know, but with consistent its possible.
