My way is very simple, I train my clients with evidence-based training techniques for any goal like fat loss, muscle hypertrophy, etc. I focus on their form for most optimal pressure on the trained muscle. So that they may get results a little faster, provided following the diet as given. I give classes every day if required. Time slots are decided by the clients. I train in groups and personally as well (depends on the slots availability).
