I am an Honors Specialization Medical Sciences graduate with a strong passion for health, education, and helping others build confidence in their learning. I bring a calm, patient, and structured approach to every session, ensuring students feel both supported and challenged in a positive way.
I have nearly 5 years of experience teaching yoga and working in clinical settings, which has strengthened my communication skills, attentiveness, and ability to adapt to different learning styles. I am organized, reliable, and committed to helping students reach their goals with clarity and confidence.

My name is Clara, and I teach vinyasa flows with an evidence-informed approach grounded in anatomy and nervous system awareness. With a background in Honours Medical Sciences and upcoming training in naturopathic medicine, I integrate science and movement to create strong, safe, and intentional classes.
My sessions are dynamic and energizing, focused on building strength, mobility, and resilience through breath-led flow. While I love teaching powerful sequences, I always offer clear modifications and variations so every student, whether beginner or experienced, can participate confidently and safely.
A typical lesson begins with grounding breathwork, progresses into a structured warm-up, builds into a challenging but accessible power flow, and finishes with mindful cooldown and reset.
What sets me apart is my ability to blend intensity with intelligence. I teach students not just how to move, but why they’re moving — helping them build both physical strength and body awareness.
My classes are ideal for anyone looking for an empowering, full-body practice that feels both strong and supportive.
