About Nikolai
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 15 years of teaching experience, helping High School and College students improve their English language skills. During my teaching journey, I have successfully taught between 150 and 200 students, guiding them toward better academic performance and confident communication.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clarity, and encouragement. I believe English learning should be simple and practical. I create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to speak and practice without fear. I carefully understand each student’s learning needs and adapt my lessons to match their pace and goals.
I focus on speaking fluency, grammar accuracy, vocabulary development, and writing skills. I use real-life examples, conversations, and structured exercises to help students apply English naturally. I also support students with exam preparation, presentations, and classroom communication.
One of my main achievements is helping students gain confidence and show clear improvement in their English skills. Many learners have improved participation, fluency, and academic results. I am dedicated to supporting students throughout their learning journey.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on helping students communicate clearly in real-life situations. I believe English should be learned through practice, not just theory. I use real-life examples and case studies so students can understand how English is used in daily conversations, studies, and work environments.

In addition to ESL, I also teach grammar, vocabulary building, reading comprehension, writing skills, pronunciation, and communication skills. My goal is to help students use English naturally and confidently.
