About Elise

I am a passionate math tutor with 3 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I have helped around 250 students improve their understanding and confidence in math. My love for teaching comes from the belief that math is not just about numbers but about problem-solving and logical thinking. Over the years, I have guided students through complex topics like algebra, geometry, and trigonometry, making them easy to understand with real-life examples and creative methods. Many of my students have achieved higher grades, excelled in exams, and gained a strong foundation for their future studies. My biggest achievement is seeing my students succeed and develop a love for math. I create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves. My goal is to make math enjoyable and help students reach their full potential.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is flexible and student-focused, adapting to each learner’s needs and pace. I believe in making maths easy to understand by using real-life examples and case studies. This helps students see how maths applies to everyday life, making learning more interesting and practical.

Collaboration is a key part of my lessons. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and solve problems with confidence. I maintain integrity by providing clear explanations, honest feedback, and structured guidance to help students improve. Creativity is also important in my teaching—I use different techniques, visual aids, and problem-solving strategies to make maths engaging.

I teach various maths topics, including algebra, trigonometry, and geometry. Besides maths, I can also teach related subjects like physics and logical reasoning. My goal is to help students develop a strong foundation, improve their problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in their abilities.
