About Hanna
I am an experienced piano tutor with 9 years of teaching students of all ages, including school children, college students, and working professionals. My teaching philosophy is to create a supportive, engaging, and motivating environment where students can develop technical skill, musical understanding, and confidence in their abilities.
I have helped students perform in school and college recitals, complete graded exams, and participate in competitions. My lessons include technique, music theory, sight-reading, improvisation, and performance skills, all tailored to the student’s skill level and goals. I encourage creativity, self-expression, and exploration of different musical styles.
I am passionate about inspiring students to grow as musicians and individuals. My goal is to make piano learning meaningful, enjoyable, and rewarding, helping students achieve their musical aspirations while fostering a lifelong love for music.

I use a teaching methodology built on compassion, clear communication, and consistent support. In piano lessons, I focus on technical skills, musicality, rhythm, and creative expression, combining structured exercises with pieces that engage and inspire.
I encourage students to ask questions, share feedback, and reflect on their learning, fostering active participation. Supportiveness is key—I celebrate achievements, help students overcome challenges, and build their confidence.
I also use this approach when teaching other subjects, such as music theory, composition, and ear training. My goal is to create a nurturing, motivating, and inspiring learning environment where students develop skill, creativity, and a love for music.
