About Aiara
Teaching Spanish children and helping them grow whether it was academically or purely for proficiency, I learnt how to decipher strategies that best suited each individual student whether I was teaching a group or one child at a time. Watching them gain confidence and reaching goals was rewarding and taught me a lot as a tutor as well.

Ages 6-10: interactive learning, involving the children to improve various language skills. Some of my past lessons included: -Executing a recipe and writing down the steps - vocabulary, measurements, high numbers etc. -Writing postcards to historical figures. -Word and memory games with themes e.g. festivals, sports, places etc. Ages 11-13: Support in higher level grammar, SATS and GCSE focus. -Practice papers, targeting their weaknesses and improving them. -Writing letters, translating songs and short stories.
