Lost 25+ kgs twice by myself to prove that weight loss is easy if somebody is determined.(112kg to 87 kg) and (102 kg to 84 kg). So first hand experience in fat loss and workouts. Will teach the workout passionately if the candidate has desire to change their life, and trust me. Life gets 100% better after losing excessive body fat.
