About Richard
I received my undergraduate degree from SUNY Fredonia's School of Music in 2001 with a Bachelor in Music Education. I received my graduate degree from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam in 2006. In 2007 I earned Permanent Certification from the New York State Department of Education in Music. I have been a public school High School and Middle School teacher since 2002!
